The rooms were nice and clean, the view is GORGEOUS, the staff were all super nice. I have to give a shout out to Miss Patty doing her thing with breakfast. She was so nice and very attentive to both the breakfast bar as well as the guests. She introduced herself to everyone in case we needed anything, asked how everything was, and that area is as clean as can be. Her attention to detail is impressive. Thanks Miss Patty!
We needed a place to stay overnight. We always trust Hampton's, so that was an easy choice. It didn't it not disappoint!
They have a proper buffet!! Very clean and great rooms. Perfect location. Pool and exercise room. Loved our stay
We had a good stay. The room was clean, breakfast was nice, and there was a really cool view of the city below the mountain. What more can you ask for in a small hotel!
The pet friendly designation led us to our first stay. Recently renovated, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, with a mini fridge and microwave. Though we didn't watch, the tv was large and had streaming capabilities. The complimentary breakfast was a delicious and appreciated way to start our days, and the lady who tended the area (so sorry I didn't ask her name) hustled, keeping it clean and well stocked. All of the other team members we met were genuinely kind and helpful, keeping everything running smoothly for their guests. There was also an ample area out back (with a pet waste station) to walk our dog. He gave his stay two big paws up, though he still doesn't quite know what to make of that elevator. :^) We visit western MD frequently and will definitely stay again.
Delightful hotel. That has an absolutely magnificent feeling. All of the staff afternoon in the morning just great people. Breakfast by 6 AM not a person shows up at six and starts getting breakfast ready fresh hot coffees out just a little bit earlier. Got a beautiful long spot common ground with a very interesting view of the valley area and the mountains behind I can imagine this could be a comfortable place to stay for a few days, break out the camping chairs sit out front watch the sunset. But I was only here for one night and it was raining the whole time The room was clean, fresh comfortable value priced The property was clean, safe, secure and comfortable The staff is completely welcoming, caring, helpful humorous but most importantly they were diligent, dedicated and focused on me having a wonderful stay.
The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were amazing What surprised me the most was there were pictures on room numbers and I thought that was very creative
Our room was nice but the carpets could have used a cleaning. The shower was the best hotel shower I have ever used. They had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash hanging in the shower. Then they had a big bottle of lotion to use, too. Breakfast was a normal breakfast for most hotels.
